In 2007 SWORD increased its stake in Hong Kong based Lyodssoft. Lyodssoft delivers solutions internationally to support fleet management, anti-money laundering, wireless authentication and information management solutions.
A key affiliate for SWORD in 2008 will be Simalaya Consulting. Based in Switzerland, Simalaya specialises in the delivery of IT Strategy and Management Consulting services, supporting leading blue-chip companies. Simalya’s approach and service offering uses an optimal balance of client context, pragmatic work approach and best practice. This enables it to develop effective services addressing IT strategy, Supplier Sourcing, Enterprise Architecture and Sourcing Programme Management.
