Outside France the US saw our highest organic growth rate at 22% followed by Benelux and the UK respectively.
We will continue to increase our international presence in 2008 with an increased focus on the US and Western Europe. We plan to do this through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The company will also be looking to increase our presence in emerging markets where we currently have a presence including Brazil, Russia, India and China.
By Market
Following successful acquisitions in 2006 and 2007 we have strengthened our offerings in key markets including insurance, energy and travel & transportation.
With operations in a number of core markets we have the breadth and capacity to withstand industry fluctuations.
For SWORD Software Insurance, Energy, and Travel & Transport were our largest markets respectively and for SWORD Solutions it was Government, Insurance and Energy.
By Activity
Our split by activity continues to be dominated by our solutions offering. However, our software presence is rapidly increasing accounting for 28.1% of revenue in 2007.
We expect this trend to continue in 2008 with software revenue forecast to account for 38%+ of company revenue.
Increasing the proportion of our software revenue will have a positive effect on our company profitability.
In 2007 SWORD Solutions generated an average of 12.76% profitability against 25.66% profitability in SWORD Software.
